1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and no777 ("no777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at no777.club ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the no777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

no777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming on no777, you must register an account and complete identity verification ("KYC"). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (JazzCash or Easypaisa compatible, or any network) and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on the no777 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. no777 may employ technical and manual measures to detect multiple accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify no777 support at [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

no777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other supported Pakistani payment methods as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 1,000 (or as stated in the cashier at the time of deposit).
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are only available to the account holder whose identity has been verified. no777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, wallets or bank accounts.

no777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks or bonus wagering requirement fulfilment. Any funds deposited on the Platform that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the no777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. General betting and gaming rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. no777 does not accept cancellation requests for settled or confirmed wagers except in cases of clear system error.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game or bet, no777 will determine the outcome based on server-side records. The Platform's server records shall constitute the definitive record of all transactions.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no777 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to exploit Platform errors, or any form of collusion;
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account;
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities;
• Attempting to circumvent security, access controls or geographic restrictions on the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

no777 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Loss limits;

no777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Amendments to These Terms

no777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.
